Perfect Game - Roster and Roster Changes
Roster and Roster Changes

Roster Submission: All players must be listed on the official team roster before the team's first scheduled game.

Duplicate Rosters: If a player appears on multiple rosters, they have the sole right to choose which team they will play for.

Tournament Restrictions: No player can participate in a tournament game for more than one team, even if the teams are in different age groups. Once a player participates in a game for one team during a tournament weekend, they cannot play for another team that weekend, regardless of age division or tournament. This restriction applies to all PG tournaments.

The team manager is fully responsible for ensuring player eligibility and compliance with all requirements.

Players who do not meet the age eligibility requirements will be considered illegal.

Teams will forfeit any tournament game if a player is found to be ineligible due to age violation or participation on multiple teams in any PG tournament during the same weekend. The team a player first participates with is considered their official team. This rule does not apply to Pitch Smart violations

Upon the conclusion of an event (the age division in which a player participated), that player may subsequently join another team in a distinct tournament, provided there is no overlap between the tournament schedules. The championship game of the initial tournament must be finalized prior to the commencement of the second tournament. Such player shall not be deemed an illegal player as the events do not concurrently occur.

All participating players must have photocopies of their original birth certificates (US) or passports (International) readily available to their team manager. Electronic copies of these documents are also acceptable. If a player cannot provide a copy of their birth certificate during a protest, they may be suspended from the remainder of the event until the document is presented to the team or tournament officials. Driver's Licenses are also permitted as proof of age. For events categorized by graduation year or grade level, team managers must have transcripts or report cards from the player's most recent academic semester on hand.
